Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Ridiculously overcharged but they "fixed" my problem. The plumber was hours late for both visits but on the second visit, his repair involved swapping a single piece. Appointment was scheduled for 4pm and he showed up at 8pm. I was charged $94 for an $18 part that he bought at my nearby Home Depot and charged $500 for 1 hour of labor, but the entire process was 15 minutes (he unscrewed one piece and screwed on a new one) and he spent most of that time chatting. This means that if he wasn't late on the first visit, he could have gotten the repair done in one day. Technician was friendly but the prices were absurd and being late twice costs me money and inconvenience.
