4 years ago this was a good example of a medical practice. Now I would avoid this practice at all costs. They have forgotten what good care begins with, which is a trusted conversation between a patient and the doctor. Now the doctor supervises residents who do the examination. I went for my annual physical. The resident who I did not know was asking me questions that were so basic and mundane. They had no relevance to my visit. There was no blood work ordered in advance to begin a conversation around and evaluate my health behavior. I walked out in the middle of the physical because I felt insulted disrespected and was being treated like I know nothing about my own health. The office staff.The phone prompt system is abysmal. The online connections and appointment scheduler often doesn't work and God forbid.you talk with the doctor via online capability. It is basic answers that don't matter That i'm sure he gets paid for. I would have gotten better care next door at Cornell Hill Scott health facility. My advice find another practice. Avoid this experience and hold your medical professional accountable. Mediocre is not good enough. My money is green. I can spend it anywhere. I choose not to spend it here. And I will make sure that the state commissioner of health. Aetna provider relations and anyone else who will listen will hear my concerns

The doctors and office staff are great. They could definitely do with a change in their telephone system, you have to physically go there if you need to talk to someone. Answering service told me to call between 8am and 815am to try to get an immediate appointment, but I spent from 8:04 to 8:17 pressing 1. It said press one for appointments, you press 1, it just kept repeating itself. I had an issue last time I tried getting an appointment as well. It's 5 stars all day if they can figure out their issues with the automated stuff. With that said, that shouldn't deter you from getting in there bc here you find drs who take time and listen and care, which is not easy to find believe me

Called the office for an appointment at the end of June. I was told Dr Marks had no availability until August 14th but they could get me in sooner with another physician. I told them no Id like to see my primary and had no issue waiting that long to see him. The day of the appointment I prefilled my check in documents online and got a pop up saying see you at your appointment at 1:15. About an hour before my appointment I get a call from the office that there no available physician to see me today. Then why did I wait a month and a half for my primary. I was told I would receive a call back on Thursday august 17th to see if they can get me in. Its now Tuesday august 22nd and still no communication between the office and myself. Looks like its time for a new primary.
