        The purchasing process through this dealer of our 850 sportsman was positive. The service aspect is a whole different story. When attempting to obtain service through the extended warranty on a non-wear item was truly a nightmare. The claim was denied, the owner was not willing to advocate on our behalf and basically said he did not care and wasn't interested in making things right. Additionally, if you do your own maintenance please be cautious of purchasing an extended warranty as proof of purchase of Polaris maintenance items and retaining the used maintenance items isn't recognized as proof of maintenance per the owner of the dealership.
