James and his team were so good to work with that I can't say enough about them to do it justice. I was lucky enough to have James referred to me while talking to a stranger at Thai Good Eats in Woodland Park. I did my own research on him and his Team and when the time came, I decided to reach out to him by phone. He took the time to first understand our needs/wishes in our immediate purchase, but what was even better was that he listened well enough to keep our future goals in mind throughout the House Hunting process as well. He took care of us every step of the way. He made himself available whenever we needed him and was never pushy. The communication was spot on. What I feel set him apart from other Relators we used in the past was that he always had our best interest in mind and never came off as a person that wanted the sale more than he wanted us to get exactly what was best for us. After the offer was accepted, all of the timelines were outlined and monitored by his team. I felt completely at ease that he was on top of all deadlines and paperwork. On top of all this, he is an entertaining and fun guy to work with. We have family moving to the area soon and they will definitely use the James Dean Mountain Homes Team as well!
