        To say Bright Skies is amazing is an understatement. My two kids had the pleasure of being seen for speech for the last 4 years for one and the other saw them for 2 years. As of this week they have both graduated. Lisa went above and beyond with both of them and one was lucky enough to see a few different speech therapists that were also amazing. For years they worked around with scheduling, in person, and telehealth. If you are wondering if this is the right speech therapist place for you- look no more. We will miss them so much and know their doors are always open if we need speech therapy in the future. Thank you for all the hard work with my kids.

        The halls are narrow we crash into every wall using my sons walker. My son does PT , OT, and SP all 3 services he gets are ok but not very accessible for wheelchair users no handicap parking the one handicap thats there we are kind to leave it for the next family that arrives because they have mobility needs too and no consistency with staff my kid has had several Therapist everything else is ok the clinic setting is more for little kids I think we need something more for adult that fits my sons needs . We will miss our PT once we leave shes the only one that has lasted longer and she is beyond amazing. Not to be mean but Lisa and Amy are kind of rude although their staff is very nice I got yelled at by Amy for parking in the back of their building so that I can get my son In with all his medical equipment and I must say they are only nice to get you in as a patient after that they dont care or acknowledge your there they see you as a dollar more and because I love my son and he doesnt deserve that we are leaving after a year of being there Lisa and Amy have their favorite people and we are not one of them . The way I was talked to was mean theres nicer ways of talking to people.

        We have 3 daughters that go to Bright skies therapy. We are so happy with the improvements all of our girls have made after starting their speech therapy here. The staff always has a smile on their face and is always welcoming.

      Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We apologize if we haven't met your expectations. We understand you may be upset due to not having a handicap parking spot directly in front of our office entrance. There are 4 designated parking spots for the units in our building complex. There is 1 at each end of both buildings with a ramp onto the sidewalk. We take our clients safety very seriously and so we ask that all families park in the front of the building. To our knowledge no other customers or clients from the other businesses park in the back. The back of the building does not have designated parking spots with lines and typically isn’t plowed or treated with salt in the winter. It is with your safety in mind that we have all families park in front and enter through our designated entrance. We do apologize that your son hasn’t had the same therapist over the past year. We do our very best to have consistency for our families and share your frustration when that consistency isn’t met. Our building is ADA compliant including the hallway, (we know the hallway might seem narrow, but it does meet the width requirements), doors, and restroom. We care very much about all the families that we have the privilege of working with and make sure to treat everyone in a kind and respectful manner.
