Erin Ridge truly puts her customers first. This was our first time selling a home and we had no idea where to start. Erin was very patient with us, organized, and kept us updated at every step. Ultimately she was able to get the house photographed, setup four days of viewings, and we had 3 offers by the end of the week. She then created a spreadsheet and guided us on which was most likely to pull through, pass inspection, etc and we sold with no hiccups 3 weeks later. We highly recommend Erin Ridge!

After we found out that the home we were renting would be sold and our lease not renewed we had a monumental task ahead of us to buy a home before the lease expired. A friend of ours recommended Erin and she not only was able to find us the perfect home, we were able to complete the entire process with no hassle and with plenty of time to spare. After a negative experience with our last house purchase, we turned to Erin early last year to help us with both the sale of our rental property and the exploration of purchasing a new home to replace our primary residence. Erin was extremely helpful with both tasks. On the purchasing side, she went out of her way to work with builders to show us representative properties and explore options, as well as gave us helpful information regarding pricing for existing construction. On the sale side, she helped advise us about different ways to handle the lease with our existing tenants and various sales scenarios, as well as connecting us to multiple staging and service experts to aid in the home's sale. Erin Ridge with 8z Real Estate was amazing!! We purchased a home with her help as we were still out of state! She did FaceTime with us so we could see the houses and was the POC for all dealing and questions that came up with the builder! She was very knowledgeable in any questions we had and if she didnt know she found out for us. She made the process of buying a home very easy and stress free!! I would recommend her to anyone I know looking for a house in the area and use her again in the future! Shes an amazing real estate agent.
