        Placed order online. When I got to the store the young man behind the counter had no idea what was going on. Thought it was a good idea to take out the trash and mess with the carpets then come try and help me. Couldnt find my order. Seemed drunk slurring. Could not remember the names I had just given him. Just said to cancel and walk out.

        There is an outstanding employee at this location (whos name I forgot to ask) that is so pleasant with customers and clearly helpful to coworkers (multiple occasions). I hope the Person in Charge on this evenings shift gets promoted to manager soon. Best fast food service Ive ever had; best employee attitude Ive ever encountered.

        This location has never let me down. The quality of their subs blow subway out of the water... Granted no fast food sub will be the quality that a real deli will provide, but there really aren't any delis in Windsor so this is the best option. And they are actually pretty great!
