Mood Ease Massage

I normally go for a regular massage which those are always awesome. Today I had a lymphatic massage. Feels amazing. Felt super great after.

I am a very active person and lift weights on a regular basis. It got to the point that I couldnt do a full squat due to tight IT bands and hips. My wife had been going to Mood Ease for some time and suggested I try it. These are straight up get in there and get er done massages. I told her my issues and focus was put on those areas. This isnt a fluffy rub rub feel good kind of massage. Its a get your body back into motion kinda massage. After two months I was able to do a full squat pain free. Yeah, the massage part might be intense, but man is it worth it. It will remain a monthly routine of mine now.

I have seen Danielle monthly for over 15 years. Her attention to my trouble spots (mostly neck and upper back) have helped me to navigate the getting older aches and pains. She is caring and empathetic, and both Kayla and Vermeda have the same traits and training. I have occasionally had them work on me and have been completely satisfied. Going to Mood Ease is one of the bright spots I have each month!

It was my first time visiting Mood Ease Massage. I frequently get massages to relieve muscle pain and stiffness and always get deep tissue massages. Vermeda was by far the best in really getting into my muscles and releasing the tension and soreness. She was absolutely amazing and really took her time to find the issues and work them out. The studio is welcoming and relaxing. I highly recommend Moon Ease Massage.
