A Family Tree Service, LLC

I hired this company to remove a large tree branch that fell due to a storm. I called on Monday and they said some of their employees supposedly came down with COVID. I was asked to wait a couple of days for service. On Thursday, they said they will come down on either Saturday or Monday. I come home Monday after work, and nothing was done. No call, No checking in. Nothing. Silence... I called them and they said they couldn't make it, but will come on Tuesday. Tuesday morning I called them and they said for sure they will be by to remove the tree. Once again, I come home and nothing was done! I called them several times and they did not answer. This is a terrible company. If you value your time, DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!! Dishonest people! Service: Tree stump removal

Amazing crew, very professional. Removed my old maple overhanging house, deck, and hot tub. Covered spa with plywood to protect it. Highly skilled, safe, top equipment, cleaned up great. Service: Tree removal

Clay and team were so great to work with! They were quick to respond and made it out to my house and removed the tree within 1.5 hours from the time I called. They were so helpful and professional. Clay quoted a reasonable price & was responsive, friendly. Chris and team showed up on-time & worked hard until the job was completed. Chris is a tree-ninja! Are they even still in business?! They went MIA!! We had a great initial experience with our removal and trimming, but then we got a new tree planted and we took great care of it but it died.
