Blue Compass RV Wheat Ridge

This dealership has no honor, made an agreement (their advertised price) and drove 2 hours with cash in my pocket to find out the fridge was stolen out of the unit, manager said he didn't care and we would have to pay extra if we wanted a fridge???? Horrible management, never seen anything like it........ Unprofessional management, manager couldn't even introduce himself, starts going off about employees making mistakes and mis-marking this unit, which had been there a year but didn't sell because they didn't know how to operate before he got there from the north store. According to him, he is going to raise the price and sell to someone else. Apparently with no fridge I am guessing. Good thing the wheels weren't stolen.

To the CEO of Blue Compass RV: This location has serious issues!!! I am writing to you in regards to the Wheat Ridge location. As you see that I gave you a star but I rather give you a zero with the poor customer service and the sales manager Sara. She seemed pleasant and willing to help and close the deal as she was pushing the sale for the no longer employed Jaclyn who was very very incompetent as a sales person. All those niceties change once they get your money!! After several weeks of going back and forth with the finance guy Ray, I was glad to finally pick up the Roadtrek today. I told him that the sales manager had promised several things that would be included with the sale of the Rv ie. rain sensor air vent, satellite receiver that would pick up over 200 channels, new coach battery, an awning stick. After picking up my temp tags - I spoke with Sara and told her the terrible time experiences I had so far and her reply was, I dont care. It seems like most of your employees dont have a clue about what they are selling and it goes to show that it stems from the attitude of your sales manager. The only person whom seem to be competent is Scott in the service department. I will be traveling across state lines and do some comparisons with other Blue Compass locations and see if they give me attitude that your sales manager had given me.

Terrible. I have never got anyone to call me back over 3 weeks. They responded in seconds when I texted about a travel trailer I wanted. But when I gave them pictures of my trade and wanted to buy no one would call me back. I had to call the Cheyenne lot to ask them questions. Very nice person. Found out the trailer I wanted sold the day before. I have yet to gather a call back. I left 5 messages at the lot, called sales lady cell 2 times, texted 4 times, left 2 messages on website, called parts, called service left messages for manager over 3 weeks now and no one answers phone or calls back. Unbelievable.

Review for the wheat ridge location!! Do not buy from this place.. Save your self the time and aggravation and just don't . They are terrible to work with and even after you buy the trailer is in terrible shape and they missed so much in their "inspection" Now I would say the sales girl Jaclyn is very nice and was great to work with everyone else is not worth the time. Do not buy from them I will post pictures of some of the items I found with my rv after taking ownership this weekend but its really bad
