Terrible landlords who refuse to fix issues with their properties and won't let you fix them on your own. They send the rent statement the day it is due and expect you to be able to pay the same day whether you work full time or not they expect you to work on their schedule which is extremely tight and unaccommodating. Janice will literally get into arguments and yell at you, their employed maintenance guy is a joke. He messes things up more than he fixes them and lies about the work that was done to his boss who then turns around and blames you for any issues. Stay far away if you can.
