I highly recommend Dr. Annaleise Lake and Ascent Therapy Wheat Ridge! I was having severe pain in my hips and she worked with me on stretches/exercise/treatment and sent them in a PDF for reference. She has also followed up with me within a few days to see how the pain is progressing. She is an excellent PT and I highly recommend anyone looking for one to go see her!

I'm a retired P.T., so I'm picky about who does my own P.T.! Dr. Annaleise Lake has surpassed my expectations for TOP LEVEL physical therapy. My husband is also her patient now. I've readily recommended others to Ascent Therapy in Wheat Ridge!

I have worked with Dr. Annaleise Lake for 4+ years. She has coached and guided me though improving chronic issues with my shoulders, back, and most recently an ankle. She solicits and listens closely at the beginning of the session to insure we're addressing issues appropriately. She uses exercises, cupping and dry needling. She always explains why an exercise is being done and demonstrates it, all with a positive, upbeat attitude while I'm performing the exercises. She believes in referring patients to quality massage therapists, who must meet her standards before being considered for referrals. I am so impressed with Dr. Lake that I elected to follow her from the Littleton location to Ascent's new Wheat Ridge location. I highly recommend Annaleise and am certain that as she staffs the new location, other physical therapists will be expected to meet her standards!

I found Ascent Therapy Clinic through my Orthopedic Surgeon. Annaliese Lake was my therapist throughout my 5 month PT course. I had a complete knee replacement after suffering 50 years from a high school shredded ACL injury. They didn't repair ACL's way back then. Annaliese was a great therapist. She was so thorough and showed me exercises and equipment (bands, ice packs, etc) to buy if I wanted to keep up at home. Every PT has a PhD and the staff working phones, etc are usually in the process of becoming a PT. I whole-heartedly recommend Ascent Therapy and Annaliese.
