Alpine Physical Therapy and Sports Performance

Ive been treated here by Zach for three issues over the last few years: one horrible ankle sprain, post shoulder surgery rehab, and back issues. I havent encountered another physical therapist in all my years of injuries and recoveries that listens so closely to what I am saying and what my lifestyle is and then establishes a treatment plan for ME (instead of shoving their patient into a box and forcing a treatment protocol on them). If you have ever left a physical therapy appointment with another therapist super frustrated by a lack of improvement with your issue or feeling like they rushed through your appointment and didnt listen to a word you said, Id encourage you to try the therapists at Alpine. They listen, they know their stuff, and they work hard to get your body feeling as good as it can.

Quite satisfied with my treatment and recovery plan after suffering a partial Achilles tear. I am almost fully recovered after just a few visits with Zach. He was kind, pragmatic, and genuine. He helped me regain confidence throughout the healing process. I will return here if the need ever arises in the future.

I came in with a year's worth of lower back pain. After seeing Zach every 2 weeks for 3 months, I'm now pain free! I was very impressed with his ability to modify exercises and stretches to meet my needs and take into account my strength and range of motion at each session. I received not just a list of exercises that I needed to recover but also a detailed physiological explanation for each movement. I would happily return to Alpine for any future PT needs!

One of the best PT experiences I have ever had. Zach is more than knowledgeable, he is passionate and he loves what he does and loves helping people get better. His approach was very systematic and he adopted it as my PT progressed to personalize it. He understands athletes and movement and the body. Exceptional!!!
