I can highly recommend Becky after I visited her for some back and shoulder paid Id been experiencing. She took the time to understand the pain I was living with and put together a treatment plan that focused on massage, dry needling and pilates work. We dove into the root causes of my pain and worked to address the source of the discomfort directly. Becky set me up for success outside of our sessions with valuable exercises that I can do outside of our time together. After a handful of visits with Becky I feel like shes got me on the road to living pain-free and I cant thank her enough for it!

Becky has been improving my quality of life for nearly eight years. I've come to think of Becky as a teammate in my "relay race" of well-being in a body with scoliosis.
