I was very impressed by Jennifer's knowledge and professionalism. I have been experiencing lower back pain for the past few years, and Jennifer tailored a series of exercises for me after gaining a thorough understanding of my pain history. She advised me that I should notice a difference within one or two weeks if I diligently perform her prescribed exercises every day. Indeed, after just a few weeks, I began to notice improvement, and now I make sure to incorporate these exercises into my daily routine. Recently, my doctor recommended that I consult with a physical therapist for my neck problem. Without hesitation, I returned to Jennifer and requested her assistance in designing an exercise regimen for my neck issue. Within two days, she provided me with the tailored exercise plan. I am hopeful that this new regimen will help maintain the health and strength of my neck.

Jen is the best PT Ive ever worked with! I came to her post ACL surgery and she helped me build strength and feel confident skiing again. Shes incredible to work with and really understands the need to get back to the sport you love.

SO grateful for Dr. Reed. I have spent many years with limited ankle mobility and Dr. Reed equipped me with lots of great exercises and did excellent work dry needling my calves and I am experiencing less pain, more mobility and subsequently better lifting, skiing, iceskating, and running. Can't recommend her enough.

Came in with an achilles issue and Jennifer was incredibly helpful in getting me back to running. She helped me identify the causes of the injury and built a rehab program that was very effective. Jennifer is great to work with and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy/injury recovery.

I'd been having shoulder mobility issues for about 3 years. I'd tried various rounds of PT, and while it all worked at first, the issues kept coming back. I had mostly given up, but then I found Jen and decided to give PT one last try. Glad I did because not only did the issue get resolved, but 6 months later and it's still resolved! I still do some exercises from time to time, and check in quarterly, but for the most part all that has tapered off but the mobility issues haven't returned.
