COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

I had scheduled an appointment online for a PCR test. When I got to the drive through, the pharmacist said they didn't do PCR tests, and that they are so short staffed that she didn't have time to call me when my appointment was made to warn me in advance. She said I could get a rapid test tomorrow, but not today because they don't do same-day appointments (even though I had an appointment....). Based on the one other similar review from 6 months ago, this is not a reliable testing site and should probably just be closed. Sounds like their rapid test equipment was broken as well but she could give a verbal result...tomorrow

Had an appointment to get tested and the system was down. Used my gas to get to the appointment to find out that the system was down. I never received any notification before arriving to my scheduled appointment. Then I had to find a different location that did no appointment testing (worth mentioning that this is very hard to find without paying an arm and leg) because I needed the test done for travel and had to accommodate the requirements of that. Very inconvenient had me upset.
