Walgreens Pharmacy

The Pharmacy would not receive my pain medication prescription but filled my other medication no problem and when they did receive it they would not confirm it with my doctor office and I had to call and get it sent 3 times before they finally found it in their email. I am in crutches and cant go back and forth to pharmacies all day. If I could give a half star I would. Also they do will not cover a lot of insurance including BCBS. They seem young and unprofessional.

What happened to Walgreens pharmacy? It used to be one of the most reliable and available pharmacies in the whole country. The automated phone system is absolutely awful, slow speaking, loooooong uninterruptible messages about nothing, and routinely mishears what I say. It's really sad but save yourself the frustration and just go to a different pharmacy.

Absolutely ridicules they close on the weekend. Not to mention 2 hour lounch time during the week. Than they close at 5. Newer heard that before. Charging for medications that fully paid by the insurance. Total nonsense. Rude staff. They don't care, just collect the paycheck. Stay a way from this Walgreens.

awful customer service, they have horrible people working at this pharmacy who dont seem like they know what they are doing
