My experience with Dr. Bograd was honestly terrible. She came in and treated my son fine but her treatment towards me was disrespectful. She pushed the idea the my son needed a COVID test and when I refused her entire demeanor changed towards me. My son was already not feeling well and the idea of sticking a swab up his nose to test for something they could do absolutely nothing about sounded terrible. I asked her what they could do if it came back positive and she said nothings and when I asked why would we test then, she had no satisfactory response except reporting. I understand that everyone is handling COVID differently but treating me like a piece of trash for not wanting to subject my son to a test that would likely come back negative and give us no solution is unacceptable. Kaiser is lucky our main pediatrician is so amazing because if this were our only Kaiser experience I would do everything in my power to change my provider.
