This woman literally saved my life. I was so weak I could barely get out of bed. Trying to navigate the ins and outs of a broken medical system was hell as I waited months for appointments only to deal with doctors ordering me incorrect labs or cancelling last minute. Sara was so knowledgable, she found the issues with my hormones right away. I am still in recovery but I am doing so much better thanks to her.

Sara is extremely knowledgeable and listens to her clients. It was a joy working with her! I live in another state and Sara was able to accommodate me. I think health and nutrition is crucial, but more so when you have autoimmune disorders. Sara breaks down the information in a way that is easy to understand and personalizes a plan for you.
