The work I did with Alexi was very powerful. She has a compassionate presence and held space for new awareness and transformation in my body and my psyche. If you're looking for a way to tune into and connect your emotional and physical bodies, I highly recommend The Neal Center.

I attended a trauma informed yoga/reiki/sound immersion experience put on by The Neal Center. It met the needs of people both familiar with, and new to yoga. Alexi created the container and held the space well. There were some strong emotions coming out of a friend and I, and the support and love shown was palpable, though we were given the space to feel the feels and let the grief move through us. Alexis voice, and guidance were appreciated, and the reiki was a bonus. Additionally, Chas is a counselor that embraces the grief revolutiona shift in how society at large shows-up to grief, and he works to dispel some of the myths around what grieving does and doesnt look like. In real life. Good work Neal Center. Keep it up.

I'm new to yoga and Alexi made sure that it was a comfortable experience! I am looking forward to going to Chas' meditation class. I also LOVED the Yoga Church - the singing and music was a lot of fun! Thanks Chas and Alexi!

I have taken Alexi's group yoga classes and Chas' meditation classes and they are both fantastic. I saw Alexi yesterday for private yin yoga to help with a back ache. She is professional and fun, patient and kind and my back felt nice a loose afterwards.
