Touchstone Imaging Mammography and Bone Density

Never answer the phone , even I already leave many messages with my phone number as they requested. The staff at this location are poorly trained ( Touchstone Imaging Mammography and Bone Density ) and may be they no need more customers !

If I could I would give a negative 5 star review. I was referred for mammogram & ended up REFUSING to go due to being harassed DAILY after asking MULTIPLE times to NOT be called again as I would schedule when available. The first two calls=understandable; after that it was beyond harassing & annoying. I was finally able to get the calls stopped by threatening harassment charges.

Like walking into a spa. Heated robs, dim lights and wonderful staff. Treating women with dignity. Highly recommended!!

I have had other scans at other Touchstone locations and the experience was flawless. The staff at this location are poorly trained. They told me they did not accept my insurance and I have since been told by Touchstone that they do, in fact, accept my insurance. It took almost a month to get the appointment, so I paid out of pocket for the exam just to avoid further delays. My advice is ask them about your insurance at the time you schedule the appointment (since they won't do it) so you can avoid the unpleasant "out of pocket surprise" that I encountered.
