We love Dr. Shaw at the Littleton location! Dr. Shaw is super thorough and knowledgeable. We trust his guidance with our 4 year old and 4 month old! The staff is always friendly from front desk to the RNs and med assistants. The PAs that step in when Dr. Shaw is out are always amazing! Also appreciate that this practice brings in learning med students. Really cool to hear their perspectives and that our kids get to be a part of their journey.

I don't appreciate being ignored when I have questions about the decisions the doctor is making for my child. Responding to Owner's response: How dare you tell us his temp is "dangerously low" then scoff at the idea of warming him up AND SUGGEST WE SHOULD NOT! He had no other symptoms indicative of infection other than low temp. He needed to be warmed up, immediately, not over an hour later when he could be admitted into the ER on the other side of town, WHICH INCLUDED TRAVELING IN COLD WEATHER. Lutheran has a NICU and certainly could've warmed him up. Oh and, by the way, HE DOESN'T NEED TO GO TO THE ER TO BE WARMED UP! We could've done that right in your office or at home. From a professional and service standpoint, your physician's determination was: ILLOGICAL and COUNTERINTUITIVE! The result was INVASIVE TO OUR LIVES and his DISMISSIVE and DISPARAGING response to my concerns and questions were WANTON and EGREGIOUS. Even if I had no issue with delaying his warmth, I would find another pediatrician for these reasons alone and certainly will now. After going to the hospital, it was determined that he had no infection causing his low body temperature. He just needed to be warmed up and needs help maintaining his body temp, which WE CAN DO FROM HOME!

I have been bringing my child here since he was 2 months old, hell be 11 this year and Im finally deciding to switch doctors. I was never really disappointed with this place and its doctors until the last couple years. Its all just become a disappointment as a whole (the docs, the p.a.s, the atmosphere).
