The entire Land Designs by Colton team is amazing and we really enjoyed working with Flavia and Colton. We had french drains installed as well as some landscaping in our front yard and we are so happy with the results. The team is professional, prompt, and kind. Can't recommend them enough!!! I contacted Land Designs to see if they could help me convert my grassy median strips to more eco-friendly xeriscape. Initially they had difficulty meeting deadlines, so I advise that you have your agreements in writing to be sure your expectations are clear. Although ultimately we didn't go ahead with the project, I have to compliment them for resolving our differences professionally and to our mutual satisfaction.

I had approached Jonathon and Falvia for some general landscaping advice. They were very easy to work with and provided a lot of helpful and clear advice on local landscaping options. In the end I decided to have them add a deck and stone patio with pergola. The quality of their work was outstanding and I could not be more pleased with the final product. Friends and neighbors have all complimented me on the wonderful additions to the outside of my house. I expect to use Landdesigns by Colton again. I hired Land Designs by Colton to install a 4 foot wide flagstone pathway from the sidewalk to my porch and a 3 foot wide flagstone pathway from my porch to my side gate entrance. Jonathan and Flavia Colton both visited me and we walked my front lawn and discussed my vision. They were patient, listened and open to my vision. Very easy to work with. Once I decided this was the company for me, Flavia kept me informed via emails and phone calls and once the day arrived for my work to begin....an AMAZING team showed up at my home with beautiful flagstone and a professional can do attitude! Eric, Alejandro and Jose were very hard working, and re-laid many of the flagstones multiple times until they were positioned just right! They were very courteous, friendly and took pride in the task at hand. The finished product is beautiful, functional and has totally transformed the look and feel of my front lawn! I had a neighbor stop by and ask if they would take a picture of the transformed front lawn, I said of course and told her I know just the company she can hire if she is interested. I highly recommend this company and their wonderful Team of dedicated and experienced professional Landscape professionals! I can only give 5 stars.... they earned 50 stars (or more).
