Jim is a great agent and I was always appreciative of how quickly he or somebody from his office would respond to any question I had. He made the claims process very easy to understand the one time I unfortunately had to file a claim. I recommend him as an agent if you are shopping around!

Never answered the phone. Always, always had to call me back. Sometimes same day, sometimes a couple of days

In this day and age to actually receive customer service and have your agent call you to help you is amazing. Great local company.
