I have worked with Bob Smith multiple times over the past year to get help figuring out my health insurance coverage and I would very strongly recommend him and his company to anyone else who needs such assistance. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and very kind and thoughtful to work with, and he is always extremely responsive to questions. It was so reassuring to be able to talk to someone so knowledgeable and kind to help navigate the existing maze of health insurance options. I would give six stars if I could.
