No hot water in the showers, this is now a frequent occurrence. Along with inoperable or broken shower valves, broken flushes on the toilets. Staff is ambliant about it, unable to do anything about it. Maintenance and repaired take forever and management throws the low level staff and members under the bus with a take it or leave it attitude. Horrible customer experience now. Used to never see this, however it's now frequent and common.

Love this place I only wish that they would announce about wiping down the equipment before and after using the equipment

The gym is fine, been getting good workouts in all week. Some machines have torn grips, ripped seats etc... not a complaint at all really it's to be expected, people are rough on things. The people that work there that I've had encounters with are nice, friendly with no issues there either. However, the men's locker room is extremely dirty. The one place that should be the cleanest isn't and it brings the entire score down heavily. I've gone seven days in a row and every time it has been very gross. The showers are disgusting, never have hot water and have broken fixtures. There's a ring of dirt around the entire bathroom and some kind of black gunk on the shower floors. Some lockers are broken and there's been the same tootsie roll wrappers in locker 64 or 62 all week lol. I honestly don't think this locker room gets cleaned. It's pretty wild.

Writing this review to give Liz the recognition she deserves! Just to add some context, a buddy and I have been in Colorado for the week snowboarding. When we had to check out of our rental condo, we decided to ride for the day. After riding we started heading back to the Denver airport. However, we were desperate for a shower after a long day of boarding. Both being black card holders, we started calling planet fitnesss on the way to the airport. Our only problem was we didnt have any towels We started calling locations seeing if they had any towels available and one after the other we were turned down. But then we called this location and even though they didnt have bath towels, Liz was super helpful and figured out a solution for us instead of just turning us away! Its thanks to her that were gonna be boarding our flight home nice and clean! I havent worked out at this location, but from the looks of it its super clean! All in all Liz is a life saver and were super grateful for her!
