        Cords for the units are missing and the the ones with applicable plugs are in error mode and stating return plug. Get your act together chargepoint. I couldn't charge my Ioniq 5 because of this.

        Terrible. Most of the chargers never work and the last couple of times none of the chargers were working. Very unreliable. Don't go here if you need to charge.

        DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I spent 30 minutes trying to get all four of these chargers to work with no luck. First, you have to take 10-15 minutes signing up for their app, then it shows that its charging your car, but its not. I waited for ten minutes and didnt get so much as a 1% charge. Like I said, I tried all four of their chargers and got the same results. I should have read the reviews first. No wonder nobody is ever using these. Why install these expensive machines just to let them sit there, broken?? I wonder if theyve ever worked.
