I called to get appointment at the Dacono office for a tooth extraction but was advised they could see me sooner in the wheatridge office, which is much further from my home but I took the appointment because I'm in pain. Showed up for my appointment to find the office was closed. When I called to find out what was going on the Receptionist was rude, condescending and unsympathetic telling me she couldn't get me in for another 6 weeks. It was their staff who sent me to the wrong location and they should have tried to get me rescheduled in a timely manner instead I was blamed for the situation. I have never dealt with worse customer service and lack of professionalism.
