Undercover Systems-Colorado

Having very hard time getting a return call from Cody in service.said he would repair my leak 2 weeks ago, then never showed, called or will return my messages. Tom the owner said yesterday he would have Cody call me and take care of this.again, nothing! Very frustrating for this bad service.

We have had an undercover system for more than 10 years. We enjoyed the initial installation so much, we added a second area. With undercover, we have a summer family room where we enjoy our beautiful Colorado sunsets. Great installation and followup.

Worse than horrible. We've been waiting for over 2 months for the project to be finished. The guy showes up and says it will be done in 2 days,leaves in the middle of the day and we are left in darkness for another week. Tom,the owner,wouldn't even answer the phone. This is a nightmare. They say it will be done,but nothing gets done. Save your time and money. I simply don't understand how they're still in business.

Last year Undercover Systems installed their system under my deck, and it has transformed our use of the area. For many years there was this concrete slab below our deck that didn't lend itself to much besides shade on good weather days. Through the winter I monitored the snowmelt and a drop never made it to the slab. We bought an outdoor sectional, a table, and a decorative and a rug for the area.The improvement has increased the liveable area of our home and given us a new area for outdoor entertainment. I highly recommend Undercover Systems and their product! David

We had a system installed under our pergola with lights and a fan and could not be happier with the results. Thom and his crew did a wonderful job at addressing all of our questions, including last minute changes and worked with our electrician to get it done the way we wanted! Thanks to everybody at Undercover Systems.
