        ZERO STARS and they don't even deserve that many. I took my car to these guys to replace my suspension and mount my winter tires, and I've had nothing but issues ever since. They didn't torque the bolts in my lower ball joints or on my wheel lugs, so everything was starting to fall apart after a few weeks. This was VERY DANGEROUS and nearly caused an ACCIDENT! Additionally, they DAMAGED VARIOUS PARTS OF MY CAR during these regular maintenance operations. They didn't balance my wheels which led to a shaky ride and excessive wear on the tires. They BENT ONE OF MY RIMS while mounting the tires and somehow even left some screws on my trunk sill which embedded themselves into a new HOLE IN MY BUMPER! I have been contacting this shop for months (yes, MONTHS!) to try to get a refund or have these damages fixed, but they refuse to help me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYBODY.

        My Jeep had been a little neglected before I took it in to Eagle to prepare for an upcoming road trip. I was blown away by their service from start to finish. After their evaluation I realized that I needed quite a bit of work... including tires, suspension work, and brakes to make it road worthy. The communication was really convenient as they were able to text me while I was at work instead of calling. The prices were really reasonable and they were able to get everything done when they promised. They were also able to shuttle me to and from the shop, which was huge. It is hard to find a shop that you can trust, but these guys really made it really easy. Highly recommend! Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Battery, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance, Tires, Brakes
