Very happy with work. Got 3 quotes. The other shops said i needed a new door. Janna said I only needed the outer shell replaced. This saved me $1500. I give Golden Coach 5 stars!

Avoid them if you can. They do not communicate and whenever I got in touch with them they were rude and told me lies about the progress. I felt like a low priority. I came to them with a fender bender and they gave me a date 2 months out. They told me it will take 2 weeks to repair my car, but returned my car 6 weeks later. They blamed insurance for the delays. However, it took them 1.5 weeks just to write a supplement to my insurance company. Even though the insurance company replied in a business day it took them a week to order parts, which took another week to be delivered. After holding my car without doing any work for 4 weeks they told me I can just take my car if I have any issues with the delay. I showed up at the shop 5.5 weeks after dropping my car off on the day they said my car would be ready and the car was disassembled in their shop. I got my car back a day short of 6 weeks. They did an okay job with the paint, but did not seat my headlight well. It took them three times as long as the initial estimate and still failed to polish my car as I had requested initially in addition to the damage repair. Avoid the hassle of dealing with their terrible customer service. Update: They installed the wrong headlight on my car. My car had halogen headlights and they replaced one of them with a HID headlight. My car looks goofy because of the difference in color and brightness of the lights. They have been unresponsive since my complaint showing no accountability for their work.

They did a fantastic job fixing my whole passenger side truck. Very professional, courteous, and they went above and beyond. Definitely recommend!

Very good experience with Golden Coach. From initial damage assessment to completion, very few surprises. Communication was great. Like working with them. Good people.
