All I did was come for a drug screen today. Your tech that administered was unprofessional and rude to me. Im not here to be judged, Im just here to do right by me. Act a little more human and have the day you deserve. Ps - you think I wanna spend my afternoon with you doing a UA??

I rarely submit reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience. This was -by far- the best experience I have ever had with ANY urgent care facility I've been to thus far, over my 46 years of life. It happened to be a somewhat slow day, so the wait was super quick, even though they were facilitating other services. The checkin process was seamless and efficient regardless. The entire staff was great and the doctor offered to flush my ear out, even though that was not the primary reason for my visit, which was a bad case of the flu. The doctor was very informative, thorough, and pleasant. I walked out feeling so much better, just from the supportive and caring atmosphere. I feel very fortunate they are in my Cigna network. There is no doubt I will utilize them for all of my urgent care needs in the future.

We went in as it was where Medicaid told us to go. We gave them our insurance cards and they billed us wrong. I went back to address it, they said they fixed it. I still got a bill. Tried calling, was hung up on, was told they'd call back. I'm still waiting 3 months later. Finally paid the bill as I knew it would go to collections. Still waiting for a call back. Have since go e to another urgent care and they got the billing right. Will never go here and am out $300 because no one wants to do their job it seems.
