[Impotant: they said Driver's license Issued or Renewals are BY APPOINTMENT] even tho the website doesn't state it!!. Other than that it was great customer service interactions with every single member (or window) who helped me (CDL-A Driver's license renewal) today 04/2024.

Service was fast but its just unfortunate you alone are supposed take a written permit test. But if you don't speak English someone can take it for you.

Came here to get an ID. There were two normal staff members helping people but then a new lane opened and I had to be helped by the bitter cryptid old hag. She immediately tried to accuse me of having an existing drivers license in colorado when I literally do not have a license at all. Then told me Ill get in trouble if they found out I do have a license.. well.. I don't. She kept saying Im just gonna be harsh with you before making up excuses of why she couldnt help me. I had every form I needed. I checked the requirements before I went. She gave me a paper telling me all the forms I need (I have them already) to get my ID but by the time she did that she had given so much attitude and acted so dismissive I knew Id have to just make another appointment and hope I see someone else next time. Fix that attitude before my next appointment.
