Ive been seeing Mary for over a year. Id previously not connected with a therapist and felt like I needed a change. Mary is caring, thoughtful, supportive, and has changed the most stressful and anxiety producing parts of my life into moments of strength and growth. I refer anyone thinking about therapy to Mary and Im so grateful to her for everything!

I started seeing Mary after a very traumatic loss, and since then I have seen a level of healing and progress that I never dreamed was possible. I am in such a different place today than I was before my first appointment with her, and I attribute much of this to her guidance, support, advice, listening ear, and thoughts that led to deep introspection. Mary is kind, thoughtful, empathetic, and incredibly easy to open up to about anything. She has made me feel far more confident in who I am and what I want in life, and has helped me find myself again after feeling like my world was shattered. Beyond my loss, she has helped me with all other aspects of my life. I look forward to every appointment with her so much, and cannot recommend her enough.

Mary is empathetic and reflective and provides a safe place to share whats going in life. Talking through situations with her has benefitted my mental health so much! And she has provided so many tips for prioritizing my own well being. I recommend her to everyone I know seeking therapy:)
