Brandy did an amazing job selling my house. She started months before we were ready with research and advice on best value changes needed or not needed. The sale process was a little longer than expected because people kept going to contact when they shouldnt even be trying to buy, even though they passed all of the lender requirements. Brandy navigated this well with good communication and direction. It was a huge benefit to use Brandy again because she kept all of the purchase history and conversations which very much helped the sale process. I worka lot of hours and dont have time for some of the drama that happens in the real estate market, but have complete trust in Brandy because of how she handles every detail with swift assist. Shes always a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
