Colorado Marriage Retreats

An unbelievable experiece for my husband and I. After being married 32 years, we thought we knew everything there was to know about each other. Neil was able to open up parts of ourselves that had been walled off for a long time. I highly recommend taking this journey...it is well worth the time and money!!!

We had a 4 day retreat this past week. We have been married for nearly 40 years and have recently gotten to a place in our marriage that we needed extensive profesional help and we received just that. We feel that with the tools we learned this past week that we can implement things to make our marriage better and continue on. We are thankful for the experinece.

We are thoroughly pleased with this retreat. It was simply exceptional. We were having a lot of difficulties in our marriage and in just 4 days everything was turned around. We were taught essential skills on how to communicate effectively with eachother and our romance is back. Neil is intentional, appropriate, sincere, empathic and effective in his words and actions. Truly recommended for anyone who is willing and dedicated to improve and /or save their marriage. Thank you so much Neil for everything you have done for us!

The marriage retreat with Neil we recently attended was nothing short of outstanding and we really needed!! We also really appreciate the awesome job Neil did from start (call with both of us) to finish (happy couple selfie with Neil). Thanks again Neil!! I'm sure you would be happy to know that we practice the things we learned daily and they have been extremely helpful for both of us!! We went with the Four 6-hour days option because we REALLY NEEDED to work through A LOT and bring to resolution. Also, we needed to make sure we got this right!! I don't mind sharing that we were somewhere towards the end of getting divorced and living apart for about a year and a half when we reached out to Neil. We stilled loved each other very much, had been married over 30 years, but the unresolved issues building for years seemed impossible overcome and allow us to stay together. I was not sure what to expect but was willing to take a leap, keep an open mind, be present, listen, learn, and be fully open up to my wife about everything especially, her concerns. She lovingly agreed to do the same which was awesome. Niel's wonderful approach and demeanor allowed both of us to do this (open up & express our frustrations in healthy way) and work through some VERY HARD stuff. We did this through multiple frustration dialogs which concluded with 2-3 things the partner would commit to do. Also we did this through a couple's connection exercise, quizzes, a wall drawing exercise, tailored chapter reading from his book "Love, Sex, and Staying Warm" and more. All were EXTREMELY GOOD & HELPFUL!! I don't also mind telling you that after, my truly wonderful & beautiful wife and I have decided to reconcile and start over. Thanks again Neil for helping us and we will be forever thankful for you doing so!! Also, thanks for the AWESOME dinner and and other recommendations you gave while we stayed in Colorado!!

We spent 4 days with Neil and I feel during the process, he provided skills to build my relationship that I surely felt had met it's expiration date. I felt that he understood immediately the problems and had good skills to help our relationship gain our solutions to reconnect and grow together instead of apart.
