I've been here twice to get a Christmas ring for my girlfriend and a valentines necklace and pendent. Dominique was so helpful and friendly. Love going in when she's there makes the experience so much easier and worth the time and money.

Had a ring resized with this location a few years ago and the service was wonderful. Today the ring broke where it had been resized and I called to ask about options to get it redone. The woman on the line responded in a nasty tone that it was outside of the 6 month window so no they couldnt do anything unless I had a warranty. This is understandable but the tone was unnecessary and customer service was nonexistent.
