      image I have ever meet a girl like that who serves terrible and canceled my router when I got home even I bought in person and I try to fix on line for 5 hours but they transferred to 8 different people they said will change me $100 for Service which I dont have to pay.wasted my time and let buy 2 times the router.omg unbelievable.

      image This is the absolute worst internet service I've ever had over two decades of purchasing wifi. It goes out every 15 minutes like clockwork. You call the number and get a robot who reboots your router, fixes the issue, only for it to go down again 5 minutes. For the last year I've had to live with this, despite paying them for reliable wifi/internet. You can't ever get an actual person to talk to, bc the robot just keeps rebooting your router and "fixing" the issue. So it's the same cycle over and over again. It's the absolute worst customer service.

      image Can I give negative stars for the WORST CELL AND INTERNET SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD?! Do not bother, they have not improved in years. I am unable to make a phone call from my own home 99% of the time. My calls drop on the regular. People call me and say it just went to voicemail and I never got a missed call.
      Anytime the service reps come over, of course it isn't their fault. Somehow it's always our fault - "you need to upgrade your cell phone" or something. Never anything to actual fix the source of the sad excuse of internet or cell service problem.
      I work from home and my internet cuts out WEEKLY! This is a joke of a company and service, don't bother if you want reliable service of any kind. I worry if I try to call for an emergency, the call won't go through because that is what always happens. There have been times I try making a call 10 times and it drops. I move around, restart the phone, connect to Wifi, etc.
      If you want to risk your own internet and phone connections, this is the place for you!
