        I give one star so as not to leave said insurance company without lighting, the communication with me as a client was terrible. I insured my car in March for $90.49 a month and in this month of May without prior notice or explanation they charged me 140.50, I imagine in December at that rate it would be more than 350.00 per month. Without words the lack of respect. Good luck to those who decide for you.

        Dugnia, as your agency we are not responsible for the fees imposed by insurance companies when your payment is declined multiple times. The insurance company sends you letters notifying you of these charges. At Captain Insurance we strive to give you the best customer service. We are sorry that you had this displeasure with the insurance company.
