SpringHill Suites by Marriott Denver North/Westminster

Rooms are neat and tidy, and there are plenty of good restaurants in the neighborhood, however, In my humble opinion, it's almost criminal for them to charge $12.50 per night for parking! Is someone going to change my oil while I'm sleeping?? No. Is someone going to wash and wax my car? No. Is there a security guard on site at night to watch my car? Not according to the sign that says "not responsible for damage or theft to cars". Is this a part of town that parking is a premium? Hardly. There are literally hundreds of parking spaces in neighboring lots. The lot is full of potholes and most spots are on the side and rear of the property. I'll be contacting corporate to get the parking charge reversed.

Things we liked: easy control of the AC. Beds were comfortable enough. Things we didn't like: blood stains on the bedding. Asked to have the bedding replaced (because they dont clean or turn out the rooms if you stay multiple nights) and they just made the bed with the same bloody bedding. Got new sheets from other staff after a second ask. Came back from an outing and the fire alarm was on for at least an hour with flashing lights and alarm sounds (no fire). Bathtub/bathroom was kinda gross with some perma stains and standing water that wouldn't drain from a bowl shaped tub. Someone banging on the dumpster outside our window one morning. It wasn't the worst experience. I mean it provided a place for us to chill and sleep which is what we needed and maybe we caught em on a bad weekend, but we'll probably look elsewhere when we come back.
