Been going here for 25 years and Dr Yeash is the absolute best. All the Drs are very kind. I highly recommend. Even though I no longer live in Broomfield, I am and always will be willing to drive the extra 20 miles for the service and care family receives. Ill wait an hour to set an appointment if I need to. The quality of care is worth the wait for me. Id rather not have someone who just tries to get me in and out.

I saw Dr Kylie Beukema and she was fantastic!! She listened to me and was very much engaged and cared about my concerns and issues and celebrated my health wins. She was absolutely wonderful!! Front check in staff was great too!

I had been a patient here for years, but I will be switching away from New West Physicians. The doctors are quite good, however the wait times are long to get someone on the phone and the billing department is located entirely overseas. I got sent to collections by them because I was disputing a bill where they charged me for the wrong procedure. I was working with them to try and resolve it, but their billing team did not keep good records and sent me to collections anyway without warning. You cannot talk to anyone in the US about a billing problem. I paid the collections agency and moved on.

I have been with my same Dr at this Practice since 1997. They are great! They make mistakes and have off days but overall they are great! I see them at least once a month due to my physical condition and never had trouble getting an appointment.

$306 for a 15 minute consult with the NP. My family has been going to New West physicians for about 15 years. In December we received notice that they no longer take our insurance. Within a couple of weeks from receiving the notice, my daughter needed medical care and since NWP gave NO notice, we did not have an appointment set up for another PCP. My daughter called NWP and asked how much an appointment would cost. They had NO idea. Because she needed medical care, she made the appointment and went in. She asked if she could do self-pay since there would be a discount. The person at the front desk had NO idea how much it would be so I just told her that New West would bill her. She received a bill for $306 for a 15 minute consult with a Nurse Practitioner. When I called to address the billing issue, they said she could no longer be self-pay because she didnt pay on the day of the appointment, despite her asking to pay that day. I talked with the billing department and explained the situation however, they said theres nothing they can do. $306 is a lot for a 19 year old! or for anyone for that matter, especially for only a 15 minute consult! Very disappointed in NWP!
