We purchased a grill from this Lowes location. All of the grills were displayed outside under flowering bushes, which caused them to be covered in sap and dead flowers. After purchasing, we asked if somebody could clean it off for us before we loaded it in the car. The employee who came to clean it complained the whole time he was wiping it (with Lysol, which is not an actual cleaning product). After wiping it a couple of times on the top he said that was as good as it would get, even though the rest of the grill was still covered in flowers and sap. We had to ask twice to get it unlocked for us. When a different employee did come to unlock it, I asked if she had anything else to clean it off with besides Lysol and she said that was better than the spray bottle of water she would have used and walked away. Not a single employee offered to help us load it or asked if we needed help with it. If they had not had the grill we were looking for we absolutely would have gone somewhere else, but will never be going back to this location.
