        We ordered a birthday cake and cookies for our 1yo's birthday party and were very happy with everything. The backer listened to our preferences patiently and made exactly the cake we had envisioned. Best of all, the cake was delicious and a favorite with our guests. We will definitely go there again next year!

        Went to a wedding where the cake was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. Turns out they got it from here. Flavor: Blackberry Champagne Would 100% recommend to try. They have plenty of flavors in cupcakes and even ice cream too! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Tried the hot chocolate as well. It did not disappoint.

        Worst upside down pineapple cake I have ever tasted, disgusting. Cant even eat it because of how it tastes, texture is like eating sweet (super sweet) wet sand. Maybe the other cakes taste better but the one I purchased was beyond disappointing.

        I placed an order for a German Chocolate Cake. The cake is absolutely wonderful, no problems with that. However, the customer service experience I had with this business was not good! There was someone scheduled to pick up this cake for me as I am a disabled customer. There ended up being a problem with the pick up and I was trying to make alternate arrangements. The employee from this business contacted the party to see if they were going to pick up my cake, and they were instructed not to call me back. So the employee did just that. When I confronted the employee with the fact that I am the paying customer, I placed the order for my own cake, and I paid for my own cake, she was then defensive and argumentative with me. I recognize this is not the end of the world, it's only a cake after all, but based on the customer service experience I had, I probably won't place any more orders. The employee doesn't seem to care about that either way. Fine. There are lots of other bakeries in town. Good cake, NOT good on customer service.

      Hi Juleissy, thank you for taking the time to let us know about the issue with your order. We've been trying to figure out what happened and tested the recipe again a few times and realized that the organic brown sugar we were substituted last week was the root cause, it is more granulated and crystallized and caused that issue with the end result. We didn't realize it until we tried recreating the issue since we usually don't have that brand of organic brown sugar and the cake looked normal in appearance. We sincerely apologize for the issue, it was definitely not our intention. If you can let us know the discrepancy we'd like to look into it. (I was not in-store when you visited). We apologize for your experience and would love to have you visit again.Updated Reply:We apologize for not responding within 2 days. If you call, we'll refund you the difference in the pricing. We simply can't find it and have been looking and having others look for the last 2 days. Please know that we are just humans running a bakery to bring happiness to people's occasions. We apologize for the turmoil this $10-$12 has caused you. We'd be happy to rectify the situation.
