Autowash @ Meadow Pointe Car Wash

I have been coming here almost weekly (save for snowy weeks) since about 2006. Overselling the unlimited memberships means this spot is busy almost all the time, which is compounded by the fact that one of the automatic bays is almost always closed. I can't really fault a company for selling a product, but you will almost certainly wait, and the lines can be *long.* On my most recent trip, I noticed they have taken away the basic feature of rinsing the undercarriage, which is no longer included with your membership, and instead costs $5 per wash to spray some water under your car. This comes on the heels of a membership price increase I believe within the past 12 months.

Used the self service bay closest to the main building, but the soap gun didn't work Other than that, all good

Pay by credit card which is convenient. Pre-soak, foam brush, spot free rinse, hand air dryer, among other options. Gets a bit pricey if you do all the options but if I move fast I can get out between 5 and 8 bucks on my small car. Plus you can but the monthly pass.

Ive been coming here for years, and never really had any problems. The gentleman who manages this place is so friendly, and always really nice. Autowash as a whole decided to follow the trend of the world, and change their system to a big fancy computer. The computers are just terrible, annoying to use, and just gave me nothing but troubles. The one scan didnt work, they no longer beep to tell you that theres a minute left, and overall its just a PIA. Go back to the old system. If its not broke, dont fix it.
