Set up an appointment to have my phone fixed here yesteday. I come in and they say there is no one here to fix your phone come by anytime tomorrow from 9-5 I come in today at 2 they tell me its gunna take 2 hours. Then come back and say actually we cant fix your phone at all sorry. I leave town tomorrow these people have now wasted 2 of my days. The spineless guy working the front desk didnt say a word when I explained why I was upset. What a joke do not do business here. 0 customer service.

Asked to swap a key fob battery. Nothing difficult- literally 10 seconds. They charged me 25 dollars. I didn't want to be a Karen, but you shouldn't do it without saying it will it will cost 25 dollars up front.

Thos location is certified to fix hardware cell phone issues. Once i received confirmation that part arrived , I took my Galaxy S10+, due to a malfunctioning LCD screen. Nick replaced the LCD and had it ready within an hour after drop off. So, fast, effective service. Excellent communication. Thank you Nick! This repair was meaningful to me, as the information on the phone was of utmost importance. Thank you!!
