        My husband just picked up my $15 cacao bowl thats watered down and with no added fruit because I requested no granola. Usually they add fruit to supplement for the no granola request. They also always forget to add any added things such as protein. This isnt the first time that Ive gone to a superfruit republic location and experienced the same issue with an order. At this point I might as well go to Jamba Juice, at least theyre consistent.

        I'm so glad to finally have a healthy option within ten minutes of my home, westminister doesn't have a lot of choices beyond fast food. We were greated right when we came in, I ordered a smoothie my daughter ordered a acai bowl, both of our food items are delicious and the lovely woman who was working made then quickly and was very pleasant. We will come back again and again!!!

        Service is horrible. The workers always have an attitude when I walk in. One time I walked in and ordered and I was tryna figure out what I wanted and the entire time I was standing there looking at the menu and workers were staring at me rolling their eyes. Food is okay, super pricey.

        If you're looking for a place with with service that is unfriendly, slow, and rude, yet great tasting smoothies this place is for you. It was my first time in, and likely my last. Service was horrible, I don't need to be treated like royalty by any means, however it feels like at least the basics would have been fun. You know, like being greeted upon walking into the store or at least up to the counter would be a good thing (But neither happened, they were too busy talking amongst themselves to care). Or even a simple thank you for stopping in, instead I got walking up and putting my finished smoothie on the counter and then walking away without saying anything. To make all this worse, it's not like they were too busy, I was the only customer there.

      Hello Cindy-Glad you seem to be enjoying your visits other than today. Sorry your bowl didn’t please today. Our manager did say she added a bit extra banana and cacao because you didn’t do granola. We do sometimes get complaints about just increasing amounts of fruit on people believe it or not- so maybe just put in your order notes extra banana/cacao sub for the no granola and our staff can definitely better address that.As far as the watery goes - the bowl was in our freezer for quite awhile before your husband picked up the to go order. If it was watery I’d honestly be very surprised given the extra time it spent in the freezer. I’m not sure how close you live - but the bowls do definitely start to melt after 5-10 minutes. I must note you’ve got a dedicated husband. Your husband asked once in the store if the protein was in there and then actually came back in a second time to ask why he couldn’t see the protein. We had already made the bowl when he arrived - but our manager tried to explain that it was blended with the acai. The organic hemp protein we use isn’t going to be visible after we blend it in (which is kind of standard on any powder boost in any smoothie / bowl restaurant). It’s also virtually tasteless as it isn’t a flavored chocolate or vanilla protein. I’m not going to say we are perfect by any means and sometimes a topping could accidently be missed - but your protein was most definitely in the bowl today.Next time you are in please tell the staff that Chris said to add a free protein boost for the ones you feel like you might have missed and they’ll make sure to get you one for any that we might have accidentally missed over the course of your visits. Hope we’ll see you again soon- and if you like the Cacao maybe try it with added strawberry. The sweetness tends to make the Cacao pop a bit and then the banana kind of evens it out.Chris - Owner

      Hey Jesse -Glad you loved the smoothie. Sorry the rest of your experience was more than subpar. I talked to the staff and we had just gotten our food delivery for the weekend so they were busy putting 52 cases of fresh fruit / milks / acai / etc away when you came in (and apparently the driver had just left so they thought your doorbell chime from entering was the driver leaving). They did fully own up and say you had to wait a minute before they popped up to take your order. I don’t think you’ll run into that specific situation again - and we discussed how they needed better awareness of someone being up front and apologizing if anyone had to wait. I can assure you they weren’t trying to ignore you- they were just way overly focused on putting things away so they didn’t spoil. Hopefully doesn’t stop you from coming back as our customer service is usually superb. Have a great weekend man and thanks for taking the time to do a review ! Chris - Owner
