Money was stolen from my account and I reported it right away to be told there was nothing to be done. First bank has failed once again. They charged me over draft fees for charges that werent supposed to process on my account. I made a stop to those charges and was still charged a fee anyway. After explaining what happened. Even when funds were returned, they kept the fees on my account. First bank charges fees yearly and $10 for a debit card? Never heard of that. Theyre Worst bank l have ever dealt with.

Very very rude teller. She seemed very angry and irritated to just do her job. I've never had a problem and been going to this bank for 5 years and now I don't wanna go back.
