After experimenting with several Sleep aids, this one is really good! You might want to start with a smaller dose than recommended as each person might react differently. My my wife takes a much smaller dose than me...I started at half a dose, went up to almost full, per the instructions, and than adjusted back down. I get up refreshed, and it has really no residual affect after you wake up. Solid product!

As a person with chronic autoimmune conditions, glutathione is vital for my survival. I used to get my glutathione intake through IV therapy, but that cost my bank account and veins way too much money. This Vitamin its been a game-changer for me. I take it every morning and feel more energized, have less brain fog (fuzzy thinking), and its even helped clear my breakouts on my cheeks. The taste takes a little getting used to but isnt unpleasant at all. I used to mix it with juice but now drink it with water and actually crave the flavor now. My boyfriend (who has perfect health) takes it now and notices benefits too, so its not just for sick people. This stuff is cell food! Highly recommend.

the fact that I am up this morning so earlier is a sign that the vitamins are working. My doctor suggested liposomal vitamins and I had no idea what they are or were. Now I will never go back to anything else. Interesting all of this advance technology comes from nature. Specifically a sunflower. crazy how mother nature gives us what we need . I love nature
