        Cool little place with delicious cocktails and food. "wine-bar" isn't accurate, only had cocktails and they were all great. Food was simple but elevated and extremely well done. Would 1000% recommend this place and will be back.

        Timmy & JD took such amazing care of us. They made our stressful travel day melt away. We absolutely loved the intimate, lowlit atmosphere & welcoming vibes. Make sure to start off with a dozen of sweet oysters from BC & warm up with our personal fav (recommended by staff) Moroccan Zaalouk. If you love whiskey try Buck nasty! We will be back soonsad to go home!

        We had an incredible meal at Root and Flower. Great wine, cocktails, and food. The staff was very personable and attentive. Looking forward to returning on our next visit.

        Atmosphere is cool. The issue is the bartenders. Very misogynistic and very attentive to men. Maybe a cultural aspect but I as a female I sat with an empty glass for 15 minutes. The second my male significant other finished his drink, immediate attention. Female bartenders or something else definitely needed.
