Ridiculous. I booked under my name with kids etc. They miraculously decided to put my whole order under my ex wife's name and mailed her all passes and tried to charge her act when no where on profile did I book under her. Instructor was not great, paying $1450 for private lessons and not getting proper techniques is crazy. Aspen was way better

If you do one thing in your life, please (can't emphasize this enough), take a lesson (or multiple!) from Jill Roth. She is the ABSOLUTE best.

Extremely bad experience on my first two days of a 3 day package. The instructor did NOT instruct any direction or movement for a beginner snowboarder group if it wasn't for my instructor on the 3rd day being Naz I probably would have gave up on trying to snowboard. Naz meticulously broke down every movement and explained everything in detail helping me to advance in my lessons and love the world of snowboarding, I payed for an extra day just to be instructed by him. If I would have had Naz from the start I gladly would have given 5 stars but your program needs a huge amount of work because if it wasn't for the 2nd instructor Naz I probably never would have touched a board again. Thank you Instructor Naz for opening my world to this sport. Also as a FYI the office was aware of the lack of instruction from the first guy and didn't seem to care so good luck.
